• Customer records for completed jobs: at least 6 years, to comply with UK tax law and to honour our guarantees
• Correspondence: in line with the record above
• Website analytics: aggregated and anonymised after 26 months

Once we no longer need your data, we delete or securely destroy it.

We take reasonable and appropriate steps to protect the personal information you give us from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. These steps include secure storage of paper and electronic records, restricted access, and use of reputable third-party providers for hosting and email.
